India and outside India - If you cancel the request for treatment within 6 hours of placing a order before we process the disease details and dispatch the medicines, then 100% refund is possible.
India - In case you don’t want the medicines, than you can return the medicines (Pls note - medicines even if used once cannot be returned) within 15 days of delivery, Refund will be processed excluding the courier charges and an additional fee of 200INR.
