Shipping Policy

  •  If medicines are not delivered on time than we will enquire about the reason of delay and then resend the medicine.
  • Charge of shipment will be extra than consultation fee + Medicines fee and will be told to you before order’s dispatch for outside India courier.
  • India - We will send through domestic courier company for Indian Shipments. The reference number will be provided via email/text, for follow up with delivery company.
  • International orders - We will send shipper’s reference number via email so that you can track your shipment.
